Responsible for managing museum collections, exhibitions, and educational programs.
- Maintain and enhance museum collections through acquisition, conservation, and research
- Develop and implement innovative exhibition concepts and interpretive strategies
- Design and manage educational programs for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with curators, educators, and other staff to ensure cohesive programming
- Conduct outreach and fundraising activities to support museum operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in museum studies, history, art history, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in museum curation or education
- Strong knowledge of museum practices and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and museum management software
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing museums and cultural institutions
- Experience with grant writing and fundraising
- Understanding of visitor demographics and behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills:
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in multiple computer applications

Pay:
- $75,000 - $90,000 annually
