About the role

The role involves managing a team of 5 museum curators, overseeing exhibitions, and developing educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the museum's curatorial department.
• Develop and implement educational programs for visitors of all ages.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute exhibitions.
• Research and select artifacts for new exhibits.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote museum events and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in museum studies or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position within a museum setting.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
