About the role
This role supports high-priority business initiatives requiring strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. The position contributes to meaningful outcomes while strengthening systems and habits supporting durable performance in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the use of the collection for teaching and research by the company faculty and students
- Lead the interpretation and presentation of the collection to diverse audiences
- Develop and organize innovative exhibitions and public programs
- Engage in ongoing collection development and stewardship
- Collaborate with colleagues on library projects and outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in history, art history, or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of professional experience related to higher education, museums, or libraries
- Understanding of the history of medicine or related fields
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

$65,000 – $101,000 annually
