About the role

This role supports high-priority business initiatives requiring strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. The position contributes to meaningful outcomes while strengthening systems and habits supporting durable performance in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the use of the collection for teaching and research by the company faculty and students
• Lead the interpretation and presentation of the collection to diverse audiences
• Develop and organize innovative exhibitions and public programs
• Engage in ongoing collection development and stewardship
• Collaborate with colleagues on library projects and outreach initiatives

Qualifications

• Master's degree in history, art history, or equivalent field
• At least 2 years of professional experience related to higher education, museums, or libraries
• Understanding of the history of medicine or related fields
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Pay

$65,000 – $101,000 annually
