Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, define, and document customer requirements
- Analyze business requirements and write functional documentation and user stories for technical consultants
- Act as the primary point of contact for business-related inquiries and issues requiring clarification
- Collaborate with the design and development team to discuss design options and evaluate different approaches
- Become an expert in Cúram product functionalities, demonstrating software capabilities, conducting fit/gap analysis, and advising on implementation strategies
- Scope Proof of Concepts (POCs) as needed, and lead agile sessions when required
- Document solution requirements including use cases, process flows, data definitions, screen designs, and storyboard elements
- Develop and prioritize test cases for quality assurance
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large IT consulting firm or a public sector agency, focusing on technology-driven projects
- Experience with Curam services delivery and/or Curam product, particularly with Universal Access, Evidence, Rules, and Outcome Management
- Proven expertise in business process analysis, including user stories, process flows, gap analysis, and documentation
- Ability to identify and evaluate delivery methods and advise teams on best practices based on measurable outcomes
- Experience supporting teams by helping visualize outcomes, prioritizing tasks, and aligning solutions with the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), sprint, and project scope
- Capable of facilitating cross-functional meetings involving clients, system integrators, and technical teams
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Service management within the public sector or government, with knowledge of Human Services programs such as Child support, SNAP, TANF, juvenile justice, eligibility, etc.
- Experience implementing and customizing Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) functionality to meet specific requirements
