Cultivation Technician - Marceline, MO

Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance using standard operating procedures within the vegetation and flowering rooms
• Monitor plant health
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines; including the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment
• Work as a team to meet production schedules
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
• Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the plant
• Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management
• Understand and apply the use of BioTrack, our seed to sale tracking program
• Work longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs., perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
• Willingness to work hard and learn every day

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a Federal background check

Qualifications

• Ability to work as a team player
