Responsibilities
- Environmental checks & ongoing observation
- Cloning
- Transplanting
- Trellising
- Harvesting
- Correctly utilizing appropriate checklists, logs, process flow charts, and standard operating procedures
- Cleaning & sanitizing
- Keep work and break areas free of clutter and debris
- Ensure work uniforms are as clean as possible
- Communicate effectively with others in cultivation and other departments
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a commercial cannabis setting is beneficial but not necessary
- Certification(s)/education in agricultural, horticultural, or botanical practices are beneficial but not necessary
- Education in agriculture, horticulture, or botany is beneficial but not necessary
Other Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Able to work weekends/holidays
- Able to perform activities for up to 8 hours a day
- Extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching is possible
- Able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds for a distance of up to 100 feet
- Must pass stringent background test requirements of Pennsylvania
