Cultivation Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

• Aid in all aspects of plant care from cloning to harvest, including watering, feeding, and monitoring indoor grow environments.
• Perform pruning, tagging, and cleaning tasks, ensuring proper sanitation of work areas and tools.
• Comply with all rules and SOPs, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment according to OSHA regulations and organizational standards.
• Keep accurate records and follow documentation practices, including timecard and scheduling software.
• Assume additional tasks as directed by management, such as general labor.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but 6 months of experience in regulated cannabis cultivation is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle organic matter daily.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as appropriate.
• Must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat, heights, and noise.
