Cultivation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Watering, nutrient mixing, defoliation, and monitoring and controlling the room environment.
• Maintaining or reporting for repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance of all necessary equipment.
• Logging and recording all environmental factors, measuring water run-off, and completing waste logs.
• Leading the harvest procedures upon harvest day.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based and other software and internet navigation.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team player mentality.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Understanding and following GACP/GMP guidelines throughout the facility.
