About the role
The Cultivation Associate is responsible for overseeing the cultivation process, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the cultivation process from seed to harvest
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Monitor plant health and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cultivation or related field
- Knowledge of organic farming practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of greenhouse management
- Experience with crop rotation and soil fertility management
- Ability to operate agricultural equipment
