We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are passionate about food and hospitality to join our Culinary Team. Whether you're an experienced line cook or just beginning your culinary journey, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented chefs, learn a variety of kitchen stations, and help create exceptional dining experiences in one of Vermont's premier private mountain clubs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh salads, sandwiches, appetizers, entrées, and daily specials
• Assisting with food preparation, plating, and presentation
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Working collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members during busy service periods
• Delivering the high-quality food and service our members expect

Qualifications

• A passion for food, cooking, and hospitality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• A solid history of food preparation and service
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent service
• A flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
