About the role

The Culinary Supervisor at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistent and high-quality food production, monitoring staff levels, and assisting with menu development and other tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor expo, food production, quality and consistency
  • Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through timely and consistent service
  • Assist with menu development and implementation
  • Create schedules, payroll, budgeting, training, and coaching
  • Give direction in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous line and fine dining experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Able to work all stations of the kitchen
