About the role
The Culinary Supervisor at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistent and high-quality food production, monitoring staff levels, and assisting with menu development and other tasks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor expo, food production, quality and consistency
- Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through timely and consistent service
- Assist with menu development and implementation
- Create schedules, payroll, budgeting, training, and coaching
- Give direction in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine
Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous line and fine dining experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Able to work all stations of the kitchen
