About the role
Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Culinary team as a Sous Chef at one of our Food & Beverage Outlets at Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the daily functions of one of these areas, including providing support and guidance to the culinary team
- Create, implement, and maintain quality standards
- Manage colleagues through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring
- Monitor food production, ordering, cost, quality, and consistency daily
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
- Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous Culinary Management experience is required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays
