About the role

Join Astoria Senior Living (an Agemark Senior Living property) as our Executive Chef/Culinary Services Manager to provide a memorable dining experience for our customers every day.

Responsibilities

• Assure that high-quality products come out of the kitchen every meal.
• Build positive relationships with family members, residents, and staff by learning their preferences and desires.
• Help make our community a true home for residents where they have a choice in their experience.
• Creative and think outside the box when hosting events, whether internal or external.
• Mentor, coach, and train dining staff to provide an incredible dining experience.
• An exceptional leader – leads by example and gets in the trenches when it’s required.

Requirements

• Professional cooking/kitchen experience
• Hands-on with the actual food preparation at least 4 days/week
• A clean driving record to allow you to drive a company vehicle

Qualifications
