What You'll Do As a Culinary Services Aide, you'll help create a clean, welcoming dining experience for our residents and support our culinary team behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include: Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipmentKeeping the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organizedAssisting with food preparation, including salads, desserts, fruits, vegetables, and other simple tasksSetting up and organizing dining areasTransporting clean dishes and food carts as neededRemoving trash and helping maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environmentWorking as part of a team to provide exceptional service to our residents What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working as part of a teamTakes pride in keeping work areas clean and organizedHas a positive attitude and dependable work ethicIs willing to learn—we provide on-the-job trainingCan perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail Physical Requirements No previous healthcare or culinary experience is required. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequentlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shiftAbility to work safely while following sanitation and infection prevention procedures Why Join Greencroft Communities?
