About the Role

The Culinary Services Aide interacts with residents by serving meals and providing an engaging dining experience tailored to individual preferences. This role ensures a welcoming atmosphere in dining areas while adhering to food safety and dietary guidelines based on residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and sanitize kitchen and cafeteria equipment.
• Perform general cleaning and dishwashing duties.
• Actively participate in all culinary trainings.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Food service experience.
• Enjoys working with senior populations.

Pay

$16.34 - $18.09 per hour. Final wage compensation is determined based on skills, education, and experience, with consideration for internal pay equity. Entry-level candidates should expect to start at the lower end of the range.

Schedule

0.83 FTE (66 hours per 2 weeks).
