About the Role
The Culinary Services Aide assists the cook in the preparation and service of meals to meet scheduled mealtimes. This role follows established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department, promoting food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls. The Aide provides meal service that meets resident desires by allowing choice and preserving personal dignity.
Qualifications
- Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
- Must qualify for employment after a criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
