Join our Culinary Team and help fuel Broncos Country. From game-day classics to premium hospitality offerings, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for thousands of guests at Denver Broncos games, concerts, and major events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
  • Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items (as needed)
  • Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
  • Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, grills, and uses a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods
  • Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines
  • Ensures compliance with food temps and documentation throughout event

Lead Cook

  • Schedule and assign daily work activities to staff and supervise the completion of tasks
  • Train and guide staff on job duties, standard food safety and sanitation procedures, cooking methods, etc.

Steward Supervisor

  • Lead all aspects of the dishwasher roles
  • Schedule and assign daily work activities to staff and supervise the completion of tasks
  • Maintain all relevant logs consistently and accurately, including but not limited to: sanitizer concentration, machine sanitizing temperature, temperature probe logs, etc.
  • Maintain accurate chemical inventory on a weekly basis and ensure chemicals and items are stored in safe, organized, and hazard-free environment
  • Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas, ensure equipment is clean and is in working condition
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

Culinary Supervisor

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets
  • Direct daily activities
  • Maintains food production that ensures the safety and quality of food according to policies, procedures, and department requirements
  • Maintain all serving schedules; ensure that all food items are served per menu specifications in a safe and appropriate manner
  • Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older for all positions
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older for Stand Lead and Supervisor positions
  • Previous experience in a related role preferred
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision required
  • Proven knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
  • Food safety certification required
  • Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
