Culinary Manager II - G Pub Plymouth

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid the Culinary Manager with daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings
  • Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Culinary Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Previous chef or senior line cook experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
