Culinary Line Cook

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibilities will include cooking to order, frying, sautéing and broiling a variety of food items from the menu.
  • Must be able to work hot food line, broiler, fry station and salad station.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 3-5 years cooking experience in a table service dining environment.
  • Must have working knowledge established sanitation standards.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Must have the ability to perform duties in a stressful and fast paced fine dining environment.
  • Knowledge in creating specials and new menu items would be a plus but not required.
