Schedule
We offer 8-hour full-time shifts and 4-hour part-time shifts:
- Days: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Full-time positions are 30+ hours per week; part-time positions are less than 29 hours per week.

About the Role
The Culinary/Dietary Aide serves meals and snacks to residents and their guests, performs cleaning routines for the Dietary Department, and helps create a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Help create a restaurant-style dining experience through serving meals, customer service, and collaboration
- Follow written and oral instructions, diet orders/tray cards, and work assignments
- Ensure meal orders are delivered accurately, noting and following any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Perform defined work routines
- Assist with cleaning routines after meals and setting up for the next meal
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures; maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies as directed by the Culinary Director
- Attend scheduled department meetings and educational programs
- Follow defined safety codes and infection control procedures
- Understand and follow the community’s fire and disaster plans during drills and actual emergencies
- Be knowledgeable of federal, state, and community rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
