for minor metadata like Job ID? It says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a
with the Job ID maybe? But it's minor metadata; we could drop it. Probably drop it. - Also need to remove boilerplate like "Learn more about Life at Holy Cross here." That's navigation? Might be considered boilerplate but it's a link. Probably remove. - Also remove "Application Instructions", "Additional Information", EEO, etc. - Also remove "DISCLAIMER" maybe keep? It's boilerplate legal; remove. - Also remove "CORE COMPETENCIES" maybe treat as Skills. - Also remove "Salary:" line we will use for Pay. - Also remove "Weekly Hours 40" maybe part of schedule? Not explicitly stated but we can infer 40 hours weekly from schedule Monday-Friday 6:30-3:00 = 8.5 hours per day? Actually 6:30 to 3:00 is 8.5 hours, times 5 = 42.5 hours. But they also say Weekly Hours 40. We'll include schedule info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

Schedule
Holy Cross Dining staff are considered Emergency Essential Personnel and are required to report during times of inclement weather; schedule flexibility is important. Current schedule: Monday‑Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Schedule may change depending on department needs, academic calendar, and special event dates.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Learn more about Life at Holy Cross here." We omitted. Also omitted "Disclaimer", "Application Instructions", "Additional Information", EEO, etc. Check for duplicate content: we have many responsibilities; some may be duplicates like "Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area" appears twice; we kept one. Also "Supervising on-call staff" etc. Good. Check that we didn't include "Job ID" etc. We omitted. Check that we didn't include "Weekly Hours 40" but we referenced schedule flexibility; we could add that weekly hours are 40 but not explicitly stated? It says "Weekly Hours 40" in the posting. That is substantive. Should we include? It's under Salary section maybe. The posting includes: "Salary: The hourly rate for the Culinary Assistant position is $18.00 per hour. Weekly Hours 40 Annual Work Schedule (For Seasonal and Temporary Positions, this will be determined by the manager)". So we could include weekly hours in Pay or Schedule. Since it's substantive, we should include it. Let's add to Pay: "The hourly rate is $18.00 per hour; weekly hours are 40." Or separate. We'll adjust Pay paragraph: "The hourly rate for the Culinary Assistant position is $18.00 per hour, with a standard weekly schedule of 40 hours.
" Now ensure we didn't create Benefits section. Good. Check for any other specific content: "Initial training will include a review of information, departmental responsibilities and a recap of the Food Allergy Program." That's part of requirements/training. Could add under Requirements: "Initial training includes a review of information, departmental responsibilities, and a recap of the Food Allergy Program." We'll add. Also "Upon hiring the following additional training must be completed on a yearly basis: Title IX harassment training, Security awareness training." Already included. Also "All staff are considered to be emergency essential personnel and are required to report during times of inclement weather." Already in schedule. Also "Schedule flexibility is important; you need to be aware of the academic calendar and special event dates. We will/may adjust schedules due to events on campus." Already. Also "Be sure to know and come to work each day with our department's core values in mind." Already in responsibilities. Also "Must adhere to the uniform standard as it applies to your position." Already. Also "Ability to succeed in a high-pressure environment." Already. Also "Ability to communicate with guests, co-workers and other members of the college community with professionalism and
