Not everyone who loves cooking great food wants to do it for a living. If you are a serious amateur, Culinary Arts will give you the skills and confidence to whip up truly outstanding meals at home. In Pankow's Culinary Arts program, you'll become grounded in the fundamentals of cooking. You'll discover our Culinary Arts classes are fast-paced, hands-on, and taught by a passionate Chef-Instructor. Kitchen terminology will become your second language. This program is externship (co-op) eligible.
