Culinary Aide - Copper Creek Inn

About the role

Copper Creek Inn is a memory care facility seeking a part-time Culinary Aide to join their dedicated team. The position offers competitive pay starting at $19/hour, dependent on experience, with multiple shift options available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Aid residents in selecting food and beverages, presenting menus, making suggestions, and explaining chefs' daily specials
• Bus dirty dishes and refill residents' beverages as needed
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards, maintaining a clean uniform at all times
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor
• Assist with special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Positive interpersonal skills
• A food handler's card
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 15 pounds
• Customer service experience
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
