Culina Bartender

About the role

The Bartender is primarily responsible for providing guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage experience following Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The Bartender develops a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. They ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks.

Responsibilities

• Develops a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
• Ensures proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks.
• Serves all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer.
• Educates customers about our premium coffees, teas and alcoholic beverages.
• Performs barista duties, serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries, cookies and other offerings at Culina.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 21.
• Basic knowledge of spirits required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department.
• Able to prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a bartender in an upscale establishment.
• Able to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays.
• Able to do heavy lifting.
• Work in a fast pace environment.

• Hourly Range: $25.90

Schedule

• Full-Time: AM/PM Shifts.
