What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze and optimize GPU kernels for performance, efficiency, and hardware utilization
• Use profiler metrics such as cache hit rates, throughput, and occupancy to guide optimization decisions
• Review kernel implementations and identify performance bottlenecks
• Write and modify C++17, Python, and GPU programming code
• Apply CUDA, HIP, shader programming, or related kernel programming expertise to improve outcomes
• Document optimization approaches and profiler-based reasoning clearly

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in GPU kernel optimization and performance tuning
• Strong experience in C++17 development
• Strong experience in at least one GPU programming model such as CUDA, HIP, HLSL, GLSL, or related frameworks
• Strong experience in using GPU profiler metrics to optimize kernels
• Strong experience in Python and Git workflows
• Ability to evaluate and optimize kernels without extensive algorithm-specific context
