CTS Infrastructure Lead

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, security, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure and technology environment. This position provides technical leadership for servers, networks, cloud services, systems, endpoints, and infrastructure-related applications while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects, manage system upgrades and integrations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external technology vendors.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, and documentation.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes, and business continuity capabilities.
