CTS Engineer II Location Rocky Hill Starter area Aftermarket Target group Professionals Contract type Full-Time Job ID 1560 The CTS Engineer provides specialized engineering support for aerospace products and serves as a technical liaison between customers, maintenance organizations, suppliers, and internal engineering teams. The role is responsible for evaluating technical issues, supporting investigations, and issuing engineering dispositions to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. The position works across multiple engineering disciplines to resolve complex technical matters, support the application of approved technical requirements, and enable the safe return of products to service. The role requires the evaluation of technical data, sound engineering judgment, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The engineer supports time-sensitive customer needs, including operational disruptions, while ensuring adherence to approved engineering standards and flight safety requirements. This position requires technical expertise, independent decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and direct support of product safety, regulatory compliance, and customer operations.
