CTS Compliance Associate

About the role

The Compliance Associate works closely with teams to maintain regulatory compliance, including federal, state, or similar standards. This role develops, implements, maintains, and supports the Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate site compliance and prepare for Internal/External Audits, including follow-through activities.
• Provide guidance on regulatory impacts identified for new products and services.
• Assist management in developing documented business controls to mitigate compliance risks.
