CTS Chief Engineer Scientist

About the role

The Chief Engineer Scientist will perform tasks and activities in several areas of the laboratory, including maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and similar duties on laboratory instruments. This role will assist the principal scientist in developing and implementing automation methods to improve sample preparation procedures for cannabis testing and conduct validation experiments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory instruments
• Assist in developing and implementing automation methods for sample preparation procedures in cannabis testing
• Conduct validation experiments

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of instrumentation and software (LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and ICP-MS)
