About the role
The Time and Attendance Operations Administrator will support Amazon's global workforce by managing employee time records and providing essential support through chat and phone channels. They will act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, serving multiple Amazon facilities across the network.
Responsibilities
- Resolve employee inquiries about time and attendance & HR queries through phone and chat support
- Achieve accurate and timely data entry for attendance management
- Maintain detailed records in the service case management system
- Apply Amazon's attendance policies while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
- Address HR queries using standard operating procedures and documentation
- Take full ownership of employee cases from initial contact to resolution
- Document process gaps and suggest service improvements
- Communicate clearly in English through both verbal and written channels
- Contribute to team initiatives for service enhancement
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service
Requirements
- 6+ months of human resources experience or 6+ months of customer service experience or 6+ months experience in Amazon
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
- Experience in confidential environments
