CTIO - Product Management - Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate in Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of software and product innovation. You will be at the forefront of developing and managing products that meet market demands and drive business growth within our Internal Firm Services practice. Acting as the general manager for both commercial and internal products, you will oversee their lifecycle from conception to end-of-life. Your work will involve designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring teams, and navigating complex situations to enhance your personal brand and technical skills. Anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, you will deliver quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear, utilizing a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Managing product lifecycle activities from definition and planning through production and release

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
