About the Role
Deliver curriculum at various Mercedes-Benz Learning & Performance Centers or other OEM locations in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz personnel. This role involves providing instruction, coaching, technical expertise, and encouragement to technicians or students, utilizing state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and workshop exercises. You will work closely with the OEM on curriculum updates and participate in periodic Train-the-Trainer events.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and educate by creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where technicians can flourish.
- Lead hands-on training and provide practical demonstrations to ensure real-world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various systems.
- Deliver prepared curriculum through multimedia techniques, organizing and communicating learning objectives clearly and concisely.
- Develop classroom-ready curriculum from original equipment manufacturer products and service manuals, including lesson plans, visual materials, evaluations, practical applications, and demonstrations.
- Mentor students on individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
- Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment, meeting or exceeding OEM expectations and brand standards.
- Adhere to all guidelines of the OEM Corporate Travel Policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with technicians, students, and staff.
- Organizational skills, including planning, prioritization, time management, and adaptability to changing environments.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Patience, empathy, and a motivational approach to teaching, recognizing individual learning paces.
- Professionalism, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to support flexible and adaptable work schedules.

Pay
$90,000 to $94,000 per year (based on experience).
Schedule
Weekends off.
