Envision Education seeks a CTE: Criminal Justice Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at our San Francisco High School, City Arts and Leadership. This course requires a current CTE credential. This opportunity includes a $5,000 City Arts and Leadership Supplement and a $4,000 Supplement for Credentialed Teachers.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt, internalize, and develop lesson and unit plans aligned to network curriculum.
  • Participate in regular professional development and coaching cycles.
  • Develop a strong sense of community and belonging in the classroom.
  • Leverage student-facing data to differentiate for diverse learners.
  • Serve as an advisor and teach daily advisory curriculum.
  • Collaborate in grade-level and department teams.
  • Build strong relationships with families.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or higher.
  • Valid California Teaching Credential or out-of-state equivalent with ability to transfer.
  • Demonstrated success working with parents and families, especially Black, African American, Latine/a/o/x, and immigrant families.

Pay

Annual starting salary range of $64,946–$102,546, dependent on years of aligned experience and credentials. Additional supplements include:

  • $5,000 for Special Education
  • $500 for a Second Credential
  • $3,500 for a Master’s Degree
  • $2,000 for a Doctorate
  • $5,000 for Board Certification
  • $5,000 City Arts and Leadership Supplement
  • $10,000 for Lead Learning Specialist (SPED)
  • Additional leadership stipends for Instructional Lead Team ($5,000), Grade Level Lead Team ($5,000), and Summer Professional Development ($250/day).
