About the role

This position is for a PRN Weekend Shift CT Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as CT, MRI, and interventional imaging on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves working with cutting-edge imaging technology in a top-rated hospital environment, contributing to diagnostic and treatment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and equipment
• Conducting studies independently
• Participating in specialized rotations like CT-guided biopsies and procedures

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT
• At least one year of CT experience
• Preferred: additional certifications such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Intravenous Therapy, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience

Skills

• Experience in radiology, medical imaging, or related fields
• Licenses/certifications including IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, and others
