BJC HealthCare System is hiring a PRN CT Technologist for Memorial Hospital (Shiloh, IL). Upcoming Radiology Graduates, New Grads, and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. No CT experience is needed—we will cross train.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and at other sites as required by the work area.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R).
• No prior experience required, but candidates with experience in the following areas may be a good fit: Radiology, MR, CT, RT, X-ray, Medical Imaging, ARRT, MRI, Special Procedures, Interventional Radiology, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of experience.
• Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Intravenous Therapy.
