The radiology department is regarded as one of the top five in the United States, performing over 453,000 diagnostic imaging examinations annually.

This PRN Evening & Night Shift CT Technologist position offers flexible PRN schedule coverage at Barnes Jewish Hospital (St. Louis, MO). The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures in advanced imaging modalities (Computed Tomography) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control. CT Guided Biopsy and Procedures rotation is available.

Schedule

• PRN Evening & Night Shift
• Flexible PRN schedule
• Minimum 20 hours every 6 weeks

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required by work area.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in related field (or Trade School equivalent)
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography — R.T.(R) and/or CT
• 1+ year CT experience
• CT Certification and/or previous CT experience
• Advanced Modality Cat Scan Technologist position
• Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only, excl. MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
