Role Overview
The CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in computed tomography (CT), to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Prepares patients and equipment
- Independently conducts studies, including on-call, portable exams, and site-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Requires an associate or trade school education
- No prior experience necessary
- Valid licenses and certifications include IEMA (excluding MRI) and various radiology credentials such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Less than two years of experience and certifications in CPR and Intravenous Therapy
