CT Technologist - PRN

About the role

Seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including advanced modalities such as CT, MRI, Mammography, and Bone Density, for adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently or in on-call situations, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
• Perform diagnostic studies independently, including portable exams and on-call duties.
• Operate advanced imaging modalities to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain quality control standards and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation and patient care throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school certification in radiologic technology.
• Licenses including IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, among others.
• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years experience, CPR, and IV therapy certifications.
• Strong knowledge of imaging procedures, patient preparation, and safety standards.

Schedule

PRN schedule within the CT department.
