About the role
We are seeking a dedicated CT Tech to perform computed tomography examinations using advanced imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality. The role involves following physicians’ orders, tailoring procedures to individual patient needs, and applying technical judgment regarding imaging factors and patient treatment.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate CT scans following physicians' orders
- Utilize sophisticated imaging equipment and techniques
- Adjust procedures to meet patient needs and ensure image quality
- Collaborate within a patient-focused, respectful team environment
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards
- Contribute to a culture of whole-person care and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Relevant education meeting certification, license, or registration requirements
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Oregon Medical Imaging License
- National Registered Technologist in Radiography or Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Within one year: National Registered CT Technologist or related certification
