About the Role
The Computerized Tomography (CAT) Scan Technologist is responsible for producing and evaluating CAT Scan diagnostic images as ordered by the referring physician. You will perform CAT Scan exams per established policies, procedures, and protocols, maintaining high quality and productivity. Quality assurance duties, operating relevant CAT Scan equipment and computer systems (including RIS/PACS), reviewing requisitions, interviewing patients for medical history, preparing patients for exams, and administering oral and IV contrast are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Connecticut State Radiologic License
- CT certification
- ARRT Certification
- CPR (BLS) certification
- 2+ years of CT scanning experience
- Advanced venipuncture proficiency

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $39.50–$47.50. Final compensation may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
