CT Technologist Part Time
Corewell Health Wayne Hospital opened its doors to western Wayne communities in 1957. This full-service hospital is the only hospital in the Wayne, Westland, Garden City, Canton, Inkster and Romulus area verified by the American College of Surgeons as a Level III Trauma Center. The hospital has a longstanding partnership with Detroit Metropolitan Airport and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to handle a wide variety of health and communicable disease concerns including mass trauma and emergency patients.
About the role
As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program
- 1 year of relevant experience
- 1-3 years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level
Required upon hire:
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist)
- CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) - ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) Excludes team members hired prior to 2008
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA (American Heart Association) or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC (American Red Cross)

Pay
Increased rates and a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 for external hires and new grads.
Schedule
- Part time, 20 weekly scheduled hours
- Shift: Evening (11:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
- Days worked and weekend frequency vary
