About the role
CT Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in computed tomography (CT) and X-Ray, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnostic and treatment purposes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment
- Independently conduct imaging studies including portable exams and on-call situations
- Ensure quality control
- Provide exceptional patient care through accurate imaging procedures
- Maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Associate or trade school diploma
- Certification in IEMA (excluding MRI)
- Multiple radiology-related licenses (RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES)
Preferred Skills
- Less than 2 years of experience
- CPR certification
- Intravenous therapy certifications
