Role: Provides computed tomography (CT) imaging following standards, policies, and safety protocols. Responsibilities: Reviews patient history and physician orders, educates patients, prepares and administers contrast media, monitors patient condition, selects appropriate imaging parameters, troubleshoots equipment, and analyzes image quality. May perform 3-D post-processing and reports scan results. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, registered or registry-eligible with ARRT in CT, and licensed if required by law. Must hold BLS/CPR certification. Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key Duties: Operate imaging equipment, ensure safety and quality standards, manage patient procedures, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain accurate documentation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality imaging services with minimal supervision.
