About the role

Utilize all CT resources to perform high quality CT examinations on the entire patient population (neonate through geriatrics) for interpretation by a physician.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality CT examinations on the entire patient population (neonate through geriatrics)
• Interpret CT examinations for physicians

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of radiologic technology or a student clinical rotation with ARRT certification by end of rotation
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

Skills

• Knowledge of CT equipment and procedures
• Ability to interpret CT examinations
