CT Technologist

Role Overview

Performs technical and patient care procedures using a multi-slice CT scanner, including starting IVs, administering contrast, and monitoring equipment. Utilizes expertise in diagnostic X-ray and Fluoroscopy to support accurate imaging. Provides exceptional customer service and collaborates within a team, maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Completion of a radiologic technology program
• Washington Radiologic Technologist certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
• Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT)
• Within 1 year, certification in Computed Tomography or Nuclear Medicine

Skills

• At least 2 years of radiologic technologist experience, with one year in a CT department preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with independent judgment
• Administer contrast agents under physician supervision
• Maintain patient safety and comfort
• Participate in team-based patient care and uphold service standards
