CT Technologist

About the role

Seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in Computed Tomography (CT), on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, including on-call and portable exams, and ensuring high-quality imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures
• Perform imaging studies accurately and efficiently
• Respond to patient requests promptly and provide compassionate care
• Cross-train in CT (if registered as R.T.(R)) to expand expertise

Requirements

• Associate degree or trade school certification
• Certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES (IEMA for Illinois)
• Preferred experience of 2+ years in imaging
• CPR and IV therapy certifications are advantageous
• No supervisory experience required
