Travel CT TechnologistLocation: Northside Medical Center Imaging 2200 Medical Center Blvd, Suite G1, Lawrenceville, GA 30046Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Days, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4×10-Hour Shifts) - 40 Hours/Week Department: 7213V Rad-2200 Outpatient Radiology - CT Local Policy: No local candidates within 50 milesPosition SummaryNorthside Medical Center Imaging is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have recent CT imaging experience and be proficient in performing high-quality diagnostic CT examinations while ensuring patient safety and comfort in an outpatient setting.Minimum QualificationsMinimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experienceCurrent ARRT (CT) CertificationCurrent AHA BLS CertificationResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality CT scans following physician orders and departmental protocols.Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.Administer contrast media in accordance with facility policies and monitor patients for adverse reactions.Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.Follow radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines.Accurately document procedures and patient information in the electronic medical record.Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to provide timely diagnostic imaging services.Additional InformationHoliday Requirement: Travelers must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 of the 3 minor holidays (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
