About the role
This assignment is for 13-16 weeks and requires an 8/10 start. Rates are tiered based on mileage, measured by direct line, not driving distance.
Responsibilities
- Floating is not required but call and holidays are as scheduled.
- Example schedule consists of 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, 1 day off, then another 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, followed by 6 days off.
- A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.
Requirements
- ARRT CT and NY injection certification required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience required
- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
- NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers
Additional Information
- IVS to OFFER
- Monday to Sunday
- No block schedules for any reason
- Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 8/24
- Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
- This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
