Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality radiologic and CT exams on incoming patients.
- Monitor patient well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
- Administer contrast safely and effectively as needed.
- Guide patients through procedures by explaining steps and addressing questions or concerns.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Safeguard on-site medications in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Respect company property, including cash and patient financial information.
- Exhibit and maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Requirements

Qualifications
- State licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT) certification as required by state regulations.
- CPR/BLS certification depending on state regulations.
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
