About the role
Performs technical and patient care procedures using a multi-slide CT scanner across diverse age groups, ensuring diagnostic-quality radiographic images following department protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate CT imaging equipment, including power injectors and monitoring devices.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for neonatal to adult patients.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Adhere to department protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Radiologic Technology program recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
- Within one year, obtain registration as a Radiologic Technologist and certification in Computed Tomography or related nuclear medicine.
- At least one year of radiologic technologist experience.
Skills
Preferred experience with CT imaging.
