CT Technologist

About the role

Performs technical and patient care procedures using a multi-slide CT scanner across diverse age groups, ensuring diagnostic-quality radiographic images following department protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment, including power injectors and monitoring devices.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for neonatal to adult patients.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Adhere to department protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Radiologic Technology program recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• Within one year, obtain registration as a Radiologic Technologist and certification in Computed Tomography or related nuclear medicine.
• At least one year of radiologic technologist experience.

Skills

Preferred experience with CT imaging.
